Application Instructions
- Prepare – Clean and dry the surface area to remove any dirt, oil, or debris.
- Apply – Apply an even, continuous 1/4” bead of silicone to one surface. Make sure to surround all bolt holes.
- Assemble – Reconnect parts while the silicone is still wet.
- Secure – Hand-tighten until silicone begins to squeeze out of the joint.
- Dry – Allow to dry for 1 hour, then tighten an additional 1/2 turn.
- Finish – Trim excess cured silicone. Full cure occurs in 24 hours.
