Product Application:

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure wood is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, wax, or old coatings.
• Grey or weathered wood must be sanded back to clean, sound timber.
• Apply over Cetol HLS Plus base coat for best results.

Application Method:

• Apply using a quality synthetic bristle brush.
• Stir thoroughly before and during use.
• Apply two coats of Cetol Filter 7 Plus over one base coat of Cetol HLS Plus.

Drying Times (at 20°C and 65% relative humidity):

• Touch dry: 6–8 hours
• Recoatable: 16–24 hours
• Full cure: 3–5 days

Coverage:

• Approx. 16–18 m² per litre, depending on wood type and surface condition.

Cleaning:

• Clean tools immediately after use with white spirit.
